• הובלת השלוחה - בנייה ויישום של תוכנית העבודה השנתית כולל משימות (משלחות פנים), ניהול תקציב, תיעדוף משאבים וקבלת החלטות בזמן אמת.
• פיתוח שותפויות - מיפוי האקוסיסטם, בניית קואליציות וניהול קשרים ארוכי טווח עם קהילות יהודיות, ארגונים פרו-ישראליים ומוסדות אקדמיים.
• ליווי משלחות - תיאום, תכנון, איתור הזדמנויות ועבודה עם משלחות ישראליות ובינלאומיות בזירה.

• Representation & Public Speaking: Frequent appearances before audiences (lectures, panels, workshops) on campuses and in communities, and leading interactive field activities (including VR exhibits).
• Leading the Branch: Building and executing the annual work plan, budget management, prioritizing resources, and real-time decision-making.
• Partnership Development: Mapping the ecosystem, building coalitions, and managing long-term relationships with Jewish communities, pro-Israel organizations, and academic institutions.
• Delegation Support: Coordination, planning, identifying opportunities, and working with Israeli and international delegations in the region.
