Job Description
Founded in 2017, ISRAEL-is is an apolitical, grassroots NGO focused on improving global perceptions of Israel through P2P platforms. Our mission began by seeking to harness the power of over half a million young Israelis traveling abroad each year following their compulsory military service and has since expanded to include both physical and virtual platforms, maximizing impact in a post-COVID reality.
The Resource Development Associate will be a central part of the ISRAEL-is team supporting the expansion of our international fundraising efforts. The position offers an extraordinary opportunity to gain experience within an innovative organization providing international exposure and opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities
Writing grant proposals, progress reports, and related materials in English
Preparing English marketing materials, presentations, and newslette
Supporting donor retention, research, and reach-out efforts
Administrative duties including CRM management and preparation of recognition materials
Updating digital media (mainly translation from Hebrew to English)
Requirements
BA student or graduate
Native-level English with excellent writing skills
Fluent Hebrew (speaking and reading), and ability to translate from Hebrew to English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced, dynamic environment
Interpersonal and organization skills, creativity, and initiative
Additional details
The position is part-time, with partial flexibility working from home and full-time potential.
